Cecilia Yeung is a multi-talented athlete celebrated for her remarkable achievements in high jumping and her dedication to youth empowerment. In April 2017, she made headlines by setting the women’s high jump record at 1.88 meters during the Asia Grand Prix in Taiwan. That same year, she earned a silver medal at the Asian Championships, solidifying her status as a leading athlete in the region. Her accolades include a bronze medal at the 2017 Asian Indoor Games, a finalist position at the World Universiade, and fifth-place finishes at the All China Games (2017), the Asian Games (2018), and the Asian Athletics Championships (2019).

Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Cecilia has made a name for herself in the fashion industry, serving as the face of campaigns for renowned brands like Nike and Estée Lauder and gracing the covers of  various fashion magazines. She also walked Virgil Abloh's Off-White™ Spring/Summer 2019 runway show in Paris.  In addition, Cecilia has a passion for writing, using her words to inspire and connect with others. Her inspiring journey has led her to various speaking engagements, including TEDxHSUHK in 2021, where she shared her insights on empowerment and determination with audiences in Hong Kong.

Currently, Cecilia is pursuing a Master’s in Sports Medicine, enhancing her understanding of athletic performance and health. Her commitment to her sport and community is further evident in her role as a member of the ESG Committee for the Hong Kong Association of Athletics Affiliates, where she works on initiatives promoting environmental and social responsibility in athletics.

Despite a challenging injury two years ago, Cecilia remains focused on recovery and continues to set ambitious targets for herself. She is the founder of Aim Higher Club, a fashion brand centered on community and well-being. With her remarkable talent and unwavering dedication, Cecilia Yeung continues to make a significant impact both in athletics and in the lives of young individuals in her community.
